Brainstorm International would like to welcome you to the REFERRAL PARTNER (RP) PROGRAM. We want to reward you for helping us reach our goals.
WHO QUALIFIES AS A REFERRAL PARTNER (RP)?
A Referral Partner (RP) is any business or individual that supplies Brainstorm International with at least $3,000 of new client revenue annually. A new client revenue is described as a new client that purchases a new product or new service subscription.
The (RP) can work with Brainstorm as a *white label provider through the Affiliate’s business – or as a pass-through referral (Brainstorm works with the client direct and reports progress to the referral source during the project).
As a white-label provider, Brainstorm will expect payment from the (RP) under the stipulations outlined in the client proposal. This usually constitutes a 50% deposit and balance due on project completion.
If additional work is required beyond the original proposal, payment arrangements will be agreed upon before additional work is started.
AS A PASS-THROUGH (RP) WHAT ARE THE REFERRAL PARTNER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the (RP’S) responsibility to introduce Brainstorm International to the referral.
This can be accomplished face-to-face, via teleconference, or through a scheduled brainstorming/referral follow-up call with a definite purpose and project in mind.
All other referral types from (RP) will be considered *LEADS.
Leads have different compensation. (see below for LEAD PROGRAM)
Brainstorm International, may also call on the (RP) and request that they contact the referral when a delay has occurred between the introduction and the proposal approval stage. This RP call helps to initiate action or provide feedback from the potential client.
AS A PASS-THROUGH REFERRAL
The Referral Partner (RP) has completed their role and the client will work directly with Brainstorm International, LLC on all aspects of the project.
Brainstorm International, LLC
- Send the proposal to the referral and to the RP
- Go over any changes to the proposal with the referral (reporting to RP updates if they choose)
- Invoice the client direct
- Collect the deposit
- Interact with the client on gathering data, accounts, and information to complete the project
- Review progress with the client (reporting to RP updates if they choose)
- Adding any additional services or addendums to the project (reporting to RP updates if they choose)
- Once the project is complete and paid in full. The RP will receive their 15% if they are in good standing.
WHITE-LABEL REFERRAL PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the (RP’S) responsibility to introduce Brainstorm International to the referral.

It is the RP’s responsibility to be part of the project if they are contributing input into the design, function, and systems associated with the project.
It is the RP’s responsibility to collect the project deposit and pass that on to Brainstorm International, LLC before the project gets underway. It is also the RP’s responsibility to collect the balance owed Brainstorm International once the final approved review has been complete.
It is the RP’s responsibility to keep the project moving at the pace agreed upon during the initial meeting with the client and stipulated in the proposal. If parts of the project are being held up because of the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or account information, it is the RP’s responsibility to connect with the client and acquire these things or create them or contract Brainstorm International, LLC to create them or provide another solution with at an agreed upon price.
IN-HOUSE PROJECTS FOR REFERRAL PARTNERS
Brainstorm International extends special consideration for (RP) in-house projects.
In-house projects are those which promote the (RP’S) business. In-house projects can be logo and marketing material design, website development, certain printed pieces, and other marketing products and services. This also includes monthly services like website hosting, domain name registration, and email accounts.
Each in-house project is written as a proposal and approved by the RP.
In-house projects are included in the RP’s $3,000 annual minimum project requirement but are not subject to referral commissions.
Timely payment by (RP) to Brainstorm International, LLC for services rendered is part of the criteria for “RP in Good Standing” status. If an RP is not in “Good Standing” no commissions are released until status is rectified and the relationship is put back into “Good Standing”.
WHEN DOES AN (RP) GET PAID?
Pass-Through (RP) receives a 15% commission on their projects as compensation if payment is secured in the agreed-upon time frame.
The (RP) would receive their first payment once the minimum volume of $3000.00 is met. For example, if the White-Label RP was responsible for 3 projects equalling $1,000 each, they would receive a payment for 15% of the gross once those projects have been completed and payment secured. $3,000.00 = $450.00 Referral Payment. (Venmo or Check). After the initial minimum is met, payment would be issued 15 days after the completion of each Pass-Through RP project.
After the minimum volume is met, (RP) would receive their Referral Payment within 30 days of receiving the client payments.
EXCLUDED: Website Hosting & Maintenance & Mobile App Subscription And Maintenance cannot be white-labeled and are not subject to pass-through RP commissions.
White-Label (RP) Projects are given special vendor pricing on projects and are not
In-house projects for (RP) would be evaluated and subject to discounts based on referral activity.
Referrals are only new business generated by (RP) directly.
Compensation For Paid Digital Marketing System Subscribers are paid one month’s service if the client keeps the service for three months. We will issue you a check or Venmo transfer on the 4th month.
(RP) will not receive compensation for “joint venture” projects.
(RP) status may be revoked if white-label project payments are not received in a timely manner.
(RP) in good standing can take advantage of wholesale printing services with “pass-through pricing”. Pass-through pricing is when the order for the printing or promotional items is placed on the RP’s credit card and not invoiced through Brainstorm International, LLC.
LEAD PROGRAM
If you refer or contact us with a possible new client and we are able to close that client, you will receive $50.00. You do not need to sign up for anything or be involved with the project details unless you want to. This is simply our way of saying thank you for thinking of us.
Once the client’s project is completed and we are paid in full, we will issue you a $50 (Visa Card or Venmo Transfer)
The referral program can be updated for new clients, so please be aware of any changes. We will try and keep you informed of any big changes that could affect the program and your involvement.
